MEET THE BARISTAS

With coffee culture sweeping the world baristas are fast becoming a class of their own. Opportunities are many for those that have the right appetite and attitude for a thirst for knowledge and skills. As with Wine Stewards and dedicated Waiters becoming a sought after Barista could be a smart career move. Hear about some of our up and coming candidates; how they describe themselves in one sentence, about their five year goal plan and ambitions for their futures, who their role models are and what book they are reading.
