It was a very special day our 16th year for the Reaching for Young Stars this year with Cape Grace and this year our inaugural visit to to the freshly minted new campus Chefs Training and Innovation Academy, in Stellenbosch An inspired address by Elsa van der Nest newly arrived from Singapore to her new home at the Cape, which will be her base for her international consultancy. A very warm welcome to Leon Meyer GM of Cape Grace, which of course is our new home for two years.  So good to see how proud Deon Roets of his teams achievements and is the fine hand behind the very impressive arrangements for the day.  The full program proved both inspiring and gave the students a very full picture of what lies ahead.
