Meet The Young Star Pastry Chefs & Bakers 2023

Our young star pastry chefs are looking forward to presenting their Red Velvet Cakes using Früt SA and their Lancewood ClemenGold desserts which they will be pairing with their choice wines while our bakers master the art of sourdough, brioche and barley bread made with Bio-Wheat Flour leading up to the Cook-Off and service presentation in May.

Lebogang Tlokana who goes by the name “the funny chef”. She used to live in my neighbourhood in Pretoria and I have watched her grow to achieve all that she has been wishing for. She started by making funny videos on Instagram and later became famous for her chef skills.
